The Pavilion
The Pavilion is located at The Playing Fields in the heart of Kingskerswell.
Ideal for birthdays and parties, smaller meetings and gatherings with indoor and outdoor seating.
The main meeting room is 6 metres by 8.5 metres, with views overlooking the playing fields.
Newly decorated with dimmable LED lighting, new flooring, TV, sofas, coffee tables, tables, chairs and high chairs, WC’s (grab rails and assisted seating in one WC) and kitchen available on request.
Comfortably seating 24 or 50 people standing.
Maximum capacity 50 people.
The Pavilion has a ramped entrance as well as stepped side entrance.
There is a 23 space car park plus 2 disabled parking spaces free to users.
Facilities available to hire with rates from £12.50 – £15.00 per hour
